[Disclaimer: This review is not done for commercial purposes. This review only reflects my personal opinions. :D Happy reading!] Okie, I'm back from the long-awaited Finland trip and super glad that it turned out great! In fact, our tour manager, Mr Chong, was so friendly that we couldn't bear to end the trip so quickly. Finland Service Overall, I feel that Finland offers excellent service. Of course, out of the countries that I have visited, none has been able to climb over the almighty wall of Japanese service- arguably the best customer service in the world. However, Finland may fare quite well on the service ratings in the world. Comparatively, I may say that Estonia, a country that is a sea away from Finland, is not as friendly as Finland in terms of service. Why do I say so? This is because Finland staff serve with a smile and thank you and acknowledge your thanks, unlike in Estonia. However, not to forget the owner/guide of an Italian restaurant in Estoni

Looking back

Wow. :o Looking at this blog is like time travel to the past... How immature I was? Sometimes I just realise at present we will not realise how immature we are, until later on in life and we reflect on our behaviour, our thoughts, our actions etc. Yeah! It's good to reflect and know where to improve as a person. Perhaps writing a diary to pen down your thoughts and reflect on your feelings is a good way! I recommend that! Every now and then, when there is an event, such as your grandmother's birthday party, a meet-up with your favourite clique, a cosy family dinner, your first concert or even when they are just ordinary days, just share your innermost feelings with yourself. These memories are really precious and we should treasure every moment with our loved ones. :D Life is too short for regrets. See you! Glissie
