Fans got a bit too up close and personal with David Tao(Tao Zhe) when he went off the stage to interact more closely with them during his Up-close with David Tao concert stop at Singapore Indoor Stadium on 9 June. David Tao joked that it may be the first time a concert held in Singapore Indoor Stadium felt like a night safari. This is because it was very dark and many fans rushed forward enthusiastically to hug him. The audience also erupted in laughter when David lamented jokingly that when a passionate male fan hugged him, the microphone hit his teeth and the fan might have to pay for his dental bills if his teeth fell off.
