Yong Ho - Yong Ho Soybean Milk (Yong He Doujiang)
Hsin Chu - Meat Ball and Rice Noodle (Gong Wan He Mi Fen)
Chiayi - Chicken Rice (Ji Rou Fan)

Part 2:

"Or-Ah" Mee Sua (oyster vermicilli)
Chou Tofu(stinky tofu)
Hotpot
Hao Da Ji Pa-Fried Chicken
Orh Lua(oyster omelette)
Lu Wei-They would cook sticks of food which you choose from a huge array of choices ( ranging from tofu, sausages, meat, vegetables, egg and more ) in special black stewed sauce.
